Emotional Healing

Empower your emotions for a healthy and happy life

Emotional wellness is a key to our optimal health. It helps us to understand our surroundings and people from a different point of view where love and forgiveness conquer all. It empowers our ability to let go of the past and live in the present therefore, letting us experience the joy of life.

The emotional pain can make our lives miserable. The cause of every emotion is within ourselves.

Unfortunately, almost all the time, the emotional pain manifests into a disease and we suffer even more. Letting go of rejection, learning from failures, loving and accepting ourselves the way we are through forgiveness is a focal point in our healing.

Emotional healing helps us to have:
  • Better chance of recovering from an illness
  • More positive attitude towards life
  • Stronger sense of control over life
  • Letting go of negative feelings
  • Healthier and more satisfying relationships
  • Improved self-image
  • Higher quality of life
  • Inner peace

With all the advantages of living in the United States of America, we also have tremendous stress, depression, anxiety, worry, sadness and anger. If you carefully look around you, you will realize every person has some type of stress. I remember one time even my six years old daughter was under a lot of pressure because she had to finish eight pages of homework in mathematics when she was in second grade. Today’s society has so much expectation from all of us that we lose ourselves trying to compete, match or exceed others by using our abilities, assets, looks, etc. The problem starts when we lose “the game” so to speak when we try so hard but fail in the end. Then we start blaming ourselves for not being the best or not trying hard enough. Sounds familiar? Do you know where all of this self doubt, regret, and low self-esteem come from? Unfortunately, it all comes from our childhood programming.

As children we observe all the people in our family and learn most of the behaviors they have. Children do not come to this world having limitations, they come to this world absolutely free and then observe and later on adapt most of our behaviors whether good or bad. At the age of seven years old most of the learning is done and now the child has most of the characteristics of his/her close family members, especially mom and dad. This marks the start of our programming.

As the years pass, we try to either be just like our parents or exactly the opposite of them. We set up rules for ourselves of higher standards and set goals to achieve based on our programming and if we fail in any of the goals, we start putting ourselves down. The programming unfortunately becomes part of us without our realization. It is time to clear the programming and let you have a happy, healthy and fulfilled life.
